Slow Cooker Korean Beef Tacos

Ingredients

lbs.
Beef Chuck Roast
1/3
cup
honey or brown sugar
1/4
cup
soy sauce
1/2
onion
diced
5
cloves
garlic
minced or pressed

Tbsp
rice vinegar (seasoned or not)
white wine vinegar will do
1
Tbsp
fresh ginger
grated or minced (or 1 tsp ground ginger)
1/2
jalapeno
minced (optional)

tsp
sesame oil
1
tsp
red pepper flakes
(optional)
Instructions
Place everything in the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Shred and serve in tortillas and top with slaw (see below)
