Sausage and Kale Soup

Ingredients

lb.
of ground turkey sausage
2-3
diced russet potatoes
2
stalks/bundles
kale
1
onion chopped
2
cups
water
2
chicken bouillon cubes
4
cups
of whole milk
1
Tbsp
oregano
1
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
black pepper
1
pinch
cruched red pepper flakes
optional
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 4 - 6 hours.
Remove sausage from the soup.
Chop or mash into smaller pieces. (Tip - use a standing mixer with the flat beater)
Put the sausage back in the soup and serve.
