Preheat the oven to 400 degrees while you throw the ingredients together.
Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray and add a layer of sauce to the bottom of the dish.
In a bowl, stir together the ricotta cheese and the garlic powder and set aside.
Arrange an even layer of frozen ravioli.
Top the first layer of ravioli with 1 cup ricotta mixture.
Sprinkle the ricotta with 1 cup of mozzarella.
Add another layer of sauce, then ravioli, and all the rest to get a second layer of everything.
Once the layers are done, top the lazy lasagna with the remaining ½ cup shredded mozzarella.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Allow the lasagna to cool in the casserole dish for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
