Ingredients

Apples

Cinnamon

TBSP
water

lemon juice
optional, makes apples more tender and gives a bit of tartness
Instructions
Peel, core, and cut 15 apples.
Put the apple rings into a crockpot.
Top the apples with 1/4 cup of Cinnamon.
Add in 4 TBSP of water.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Mix together for a chunky applesauce. Use a hand blender for a smoother sauce, or put it into a standing blender.
