Apple Maple Pork Loin

Ingredients

  • 2 - 2.5 lbs pork loin
  • 2 apples peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Cut several slits into pork loin.
  • Stuff with some of the apple slices.
  • Place pork into slow cooker.
  • Add all other ingredients on top.
  • Cook on medium for 6 hours, or low for 8 hours.
