Ingredients

pork loin
2
apples
peeled and sliced
1 1/2
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
black pepper
1/2
tsp
ground cinnamon
1/2
onion
sliced
1/2
cup
maple syrup
Instructions
Cut several slits into pork loin.
Stuff with some of the apple slices.
Place pork into slow cooker.
Add all other ingredients on top.
Cook on medium for 6 hours, or low for 8 hours.
