Cook pasta according to box directions, cooking about 12 minutes or so to get al dente.
While pasta is cooking, sauté peppers in oil until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
Add kielbasa and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
Add broth and pepper and bring to a boil.
When your pasta is cooked, strain it and add it to a large bowl- you want to leave plenty of room to mix.
Simmer for 10 minutes, and then place over cooked pasta.
Mix the kielbasa, peppers, and pasta in the sauce to get everything evenly coated and ready to serve.
Top with parsley and parmesan cheese.
