To make assembly as easy as possible, I developed a new system to help you put these together in the shortest amount of time possible without completely messing up your kitchen.
You’ll only have to touch each ingredient once throughout the entire prep, and you also don’t even need to look at the actual recipes during prep.
You just need four easy-to-follow pages of prep to prepare 20 meals!

When you are done putting them together, put them in your freezer, then put them in the slow cooker the morning you want to eat them. It really can’t be any easier!

I think that was a GREAT idea! As always, this meal plan is designed around a family of four. If your family is bigger or smaller, you will need to adjust the amounts accordingly.

We loved the recipes and have made several of them singularly when we didnโt have time to do the whole plan.

These cookbooks are with every penny!! I’ve made all 4 of the plans, all of the meals have GREAT flavor and there were only a couple that we didn’t love.
