My slow cooker meal plan simplifies meal prep, allowing you to create 20 tasty, stress-free dinners. Spend just 90 minutes on preparation and enjoy weeks of easy, home-cooked meals from your freezer.

This ALDI Meal Plan is designed for YOU. It’s designed to maximize your time enjoying life without slaving away in the kitchen and to please your family with some AMAZING meals!

They’re all Slow Cooker “dump” meals, meaning that you just throw all the ingredients in a freezer bag.

So the preparation couldn’t be easier. Nothing is pre-cooked – no need to get out any pots or pans or turn on the oven.

You only need some measuring cups and spoons, some chopping time, freezer bags, and about 90 minutes. For Real, I meal-prepped 20 meals in only 3 hours.

It seems like a lot, but 30 minutes or more every night for 20 meals adds up to a lot more- so let me help you save time and effort with my big slow cooker meal plan!

20 Slow Cooker Dump Meals: Aldi Meal Plan #1

To make assembly as easy as possible, I developed a new system to help you put these together in the shortest amount of time possible without completely messing up your kitchen.

You’ll only have to touch each ingredient once throughout the entire prep, and you also don’t even need to look at the actual recipes during prep.

You just need four easy-to-follow pages of prep to prepare 20 meals!

When you are done putting them together, put them in your freezer, then put them in the slow cooker the morning you want to eat them. It really can’t be any easier!

This Plan took so much effort to put together, so I hope you will LOVE it! I’ve heard of many people printing out their meal plan and laminating it, then using it over and over again.

I think that was a GREAT idea! As always, this meal plan is designed around a family of four. If your family is bigger or smaller, you will need to adjust the amounts accordingly.

I just love having all of my dinners prepared ahead of time – and I even made this plan at 10 pm!

If you eat gluten-free, this is very easily adaptable. I’ve also made them all gluten-free since I sometimes eat that way, so it’s super easy to do and make quick swaps.

  • (1) Ground Beef 90% Lean, 2.25 lb pkg

  • (4) Happy Harvest Crushed Tomatoes, 28 oz
  • (1) *Benita Flour Tortillas, 20 ct

My daughter and I did this dump meal plan together. It’s so convenient just having to pick up each ingredient one time.
We loved the recipes and have made several of them singularly when we didn’t have time to do the whole plan.
I’ve purchase all of the dump meat plans and can’t wait to do another assembly day!

These cookbooks are with every penny!! I’ve made all 4 of the plans, all of the meals have GREAT flavor and there were only a couple that we didn’t love.
