Finding easy snacks is a top priority, so me and my family are full and satisfied as the day goes on and our plans pile up.

But with all the high-carb snacks out there, it can feel overwhelming to stick to low or no carb snacks that also pack a punch of protein.

High-protein, no-carb snacks are the way to go- they help everyone stay energized and full between meals.

Whether I’m reaching for a quick bite while working from home or packing something for the kids, no-carb snacks have made it simple.

Here are my favorite no-carb snacks that you might want to consider for your family!

FAQs

What snacks have zero carbs?

Snacks like homemade parmesan crisps, deli meat roll-ups, pepperoni slices, and pork rinds are completely carb-free, making them great options for anyone following a low-carb or keto lifestyle.

These aren’t zero or low-calorie foods, but are the best for zero carbs!

What are some healthy snacks my kids will like?

It can be a bit hard to find healthy snacks for kids, but this list is a great place to start!

Kids often enjoy simple, no-carb snacks like string cheese, pepperoni slices, and cucumber slices with cream cheese.

You can also try fun options like egg muffins with their favorite veggies or deli meat roll-ups for a tasty, protein-packed snack that’s kid-approved.

Can I snack on cheese if I’m cutting carbs?

Absolutely! Cheese is a fantastic no-carb snack. String cheese, cheddar crisps, or slices of cheese paired with meats make for an easy, low-carb option.

Can I eat nuts if I want no carbs?

Some nuts, like almonds, pecans, and macadamia nuts, are great low-carb snacks, but they aren’t no carb snacks.

Each nuts have a certain amount of carbs- like I know a cup of my favorite mixed nuts from the store has 14 g of carbs in a serving. Not too shabby, but they aren’t a “no” carb snack.

What are quick, no-carb snacks I can take to work?

If you’re looking for no carbs, proteins are the base you’re looking for, and I’m happy to say that means starting with meats, cheeses, and veggies!

You can make mini-lunchables/snack packs with beef jerky, cheese sticks, turkey slices, and celery.

Final Thoughts
