How To Use My Ultimate Christmas Planner

christmas planner sneak peak

Once you purchase the Christmas planner, you’ll get instructions on how to download it.

Simply go through all of the pages included in the planner and write down the pages you want to use.

Head over to your printer and print each of the pages that apply to your Christmas style.

I suggest printing out the entire binder and going through every page to start.

I purposely created it so each and every page is valuable and meets a need in organizing your Christmas planning.

If you happen to find a page that does not work for your situation, just remove it from your binder.

Here are the planner pages and how they work for an organized Christmas:

1. Cover Page

Print the cover page and place it in the front pocket of your binder.

2. Bible Verse

Take time to remind yourself of the true reason for the holiday season.

3. Christmas Notes

This page is spread out throughout the Christmas Planner when you need to jot down any notes about Christmas.

4. My Christmas Wishlist

love languages gift giving

This is your page to create some wishes that you have for Christmas.

5. November Calendar

A calendar for the month of November to help you start planning out your events and things you need to remember for the month of November.

You’ll need to fill in the dates to match the year and get your calendar filled in with plans.

6. December Calendar

A calendar for the month of December to help you start planning out your events and things you need to remember for the month of December.

Fill in the dates to match the year and start getting your events and holiday parties on the books.

7. Christmas To-Do List

Print multiple of this page if you need more than one to make a list of all the items you need to complete this Christmas.

8. Christmas Gifts Page Divider

Use this page as a divider in the binder as all the following pages are based on Christmas finances.

9. Christmas Notes

This page is spread out throughout the Christmas Planner when you need to jot down any notes about Christmas.

10. Christmas Budget (X2)

Two pages, depending on how many people you need to buy gifts for. Use this to keep your Christmas gift list on budget for this holiday season.

11. Holiday Gift Supplies

Don’t forget that items like tape and wrapping paper need to be budgeted for. Use this to track those gift tags that are normally forgotten about.

12. Holiday Card List

No need for that old address book. Add your addresses to the page and get your cards ready to send out.

13. Online Shopping Tracker (X2)

After you make a purchase online, use this tracker to record where you bought it from and what the shipping is going to be like.

After you receive the package, check back with the tracker and wrap!

14. Stocking Stuffer Tracker (X2)

You can find some surprising stocking stuffers for $15, including nail kits, phone accessories, disposable cameras, and more.

19. Stocking Stuffer Gifts Under $20.00

What supplies do I need other than buying the Christmas Planner?

school supplies

Not much, just a simple 1-inch binder from Amazon or Walmart will do the trick.

It never hurts to have some colorful markers and pens, either, to jazz things up and make your planner colorful and unique to you.

Supplies:

  • 1 Inch Binder
  • Colorful Markers
  • Pens

Can I get a free printable Christmas Planner?

There are some sites that will give you a free printable- but it won’t be a whole Christmas planner.

Free printables usually include a calendar, menu, or gift ideas list- but free ones are only one sheet, not multiple.

My planner has over 40+ printables that you can print again every year, with updates, for $7 on sale.

That’s less than 20 cents per sheet- a great price for any family who needs help managing the holidays!
